How do I capture an image of my character?

Capturing an image of your character from each game requires a different procedure.

What is the best image format to upload?

Here is a list of supported image formats, in order of preference:

  1. PNG – Portable Network Graphics
  2. JPEG – Joint Photographic Experts Group
  3. PSD – Photoshop Data

If you have an image of your character in a different format, contact us to see if we can support it.

What is the best size of image to upload?

The higher the resolution the better.  It is recommended that the smallest dimension be no smaller than 400 pixels.
